I just saw Brave with my dad

What a brilliant movie.

The storyline itself is eh. But it’s one of the most stunningly cinematic movies I’ve ever seen. I mean the animation in this movie is amazing. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen. And the music was beautiful and haunting and perfectly fit to the movie.

And Merida. The main character. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but she is truly an inspiration. She breaks gender stereotypes, and she breaks every “princess” convention there is. She’s a princess for the 21st century. If you ask me, Merida is very possibly LGBTQ and even if she isn’t, she exemplifies many of the lessons that the LGBTQ community is trying to teach the general public.

I just think it was an amazing movie and you should all go see it because I’m bad at words and stuff some somebody go write something really good about it and I’ll reblog it. 

I’m just so happy this movie was made.
